The first chat event is now starting! Feel free to drop in anytime as we'll be in the chat room for the next several hours.

As part of our celebrations for the group's upcoming birthday, we'll be hosting two more chat events! Join us for fun times filled with epic contests and games. Please note that while this will be hosted by Rising-Artists, you do not have to be a member to participate. Every deviant is welcome to join, so feel free to invite your friends!

When and Where

There will be two events on Saturday, June 28 in our chat room: #RisingArtistsChat

The first chat event will start at 10 AM PDT | 1 PM EDT | 6 PM BST (Click here to see your timezone).
The second chat even will start at 1 PM PDT | 4 PM EDT | 9 PM BST (Click here to see your timezone).

The events will last about two hours, so even if you can't make it to the start of the event, you can still drop by anytime.

Events

Here's the basic outline of the events we will be hosting during the two hours of the event:

• Sketch Match: Ready for a challenge? Deviants will have exactly 10 minutes to create and upload an artwork based on a theme that will be announced at the chat event. Although it's called a "sketch" match, any kind of artwork (digital, traditional, literature, photography, etc.) will be allowed.
• Scavenger Hunt: Deviants will compete to be the first to hunt down and post the right thumbs of artworks from the group's galleries, or from deviantART as a whole.
• Collab Drawing: Deviants will be randomly split into two teams that will each collaborate live to create drawings using FlockDraw.
