Edit: My apologies for the confusion about the winners and the prize list! :ohnoes: As there were quite a few participants, we've also added in the two semi-finalists (there were supposed to be five winners) and updated the prize list to include all of the prizes we had.

I almost forgot to post this! My apologies to all those who waited ^^;

The Results!

gods of tomorrow by thekayesen
'gods of tomorrow'

Really nicely detailed piece! The message it sends is also great- one day, we'll all be like this. Very original and attention-grabbing! Everything you drew was done with so much skill; this must have been very time-consuming.

Firstly, stunning execution. Such sharp, clean line work and areas of high contrast and blanker areas to let the eyes rest. As my own art style leans toward pen and ink abstract "doodles" as this, this submission caught my eye due to the creative ingenuity the artist used in designing the piece. The design elements in this piece are is quite thought-provoking due to the description, and the addition of the extra synthetic brain.

'The Loop'

The dialogue in this writing is different than I have seen. The robotic language combined with the simple conversation would make people see how people can act like robots themselves and pocess that quality, and how information is changing the way we think and speak, even when they might not realize it

Suggested by CometShine

Because many of us know how this feels. Too many of us know exactly what it's like, and the artists has put those feelings into a poem and connected it brilliantly to the theme. The small sentences that keep coming back are very well found.

Third Place: Goodnight-Melbourne

'The Greater Mystery'

The surrealism and simplicity mix brilliantly. The lighting effects emphasize each shape and object well.

I like the way this picture is painted. It creates a very calming and contemplative atmosphere. I'm impressed by the geometrical shapes and their meaning. Everything is thought out well.
